摘要/Abstract

摘要：为了探讨支持型导师指导风格对研究生科研创新能力的影响作用和路径，构建支持型导师指导风格、研究生情绪智力、学业压力与创新能力之间的关系模型，并采用结构方程模型对926份有效问卷进行分析.结果发现，支持型导师指导风格正向影响研究生科研创新能力，情绪智力和学业压力在支持型导师指导风格和研究生科研创新能力之间起链式中介作用.

Abstract: To explore the influence of mentor's supporting leadership on graduate research innovation ability,the mediation effect of emotional intelligence and academic stress is investigated.Structural equation model analysis of 926 samples from college graduates in Hunan reveal that mentor's supporting leadership has a significant positive predictive effect on graduate research innovation ability;emotional intelligence and academic stress play a separate partial mediating role and a chained mediating role between mentor's supporting leadership and graduate research innovation ability.
