Design of Controller for Pure Electric Bus Based on STM32

摘要:通过研究纯电动客车的控制功能和运行状态,设计出一款基于STM32的纯电动客车控制器,并分析了控制器各模块的功能,设计了电源电路、电压检测电路.控制器通过输出不同占空比的脉宽调制调节直流电机的速度,传感器采集的信息通过控制器局域网(CAN)总线实时传递到微处理器中,微处理器分析采集的信息,并通过CAN总线发送命令,从而安全、准确、实时地控制客车的运行.

Abstract: A pure electric bus controller based on STM32 is designed through analyzing the function and running state of pure electric bus control. The function of each module of the controller is analyzed,and the power supply circuit and voltage detection circuit are designed. The controller adjusts the speed of the DC motor through outputting pulse width modulation with different duty cycles.The information collected by the sensor is transmitted to the microprocessor in real time through the CAN bus,and the microprocessor analyses the collected information and sends commands through CAN bus to control the running state of the bus safely,accurately and in real time.
