高精度DMCS系统钻孔机的设计

摘要:为了实现准确定位钻铣,借助变频器、伺服驱动器和光栅尺,对钻头的动作进行实时监测和校正.同时,通过DMCS控制系统完成连续轨迹插补运动,从而可以对大面积的材料进行钻孔,实现软质材料大量小孔的钻攻自动化.

Abstract: In order to achieve accurate positioning of drilling and milling, the movement of drill bit is monitored and corrected in real time with the help of frequency converter, servo driver and the use of grating ruler. At the same time, the continuous trajectory interpolation movement can be realized through the DMCS control system, so as to drill and remove chips for large area of materials. That can realize the automatic drilling and tapping of a large number of small holes in soft materials.
