大型换流变压器绕组的轴向振动稳定性评估

Axial Vibration Stability Assessment for Large Converter Transformer Windings

摘要:

依据电磁学和力学基本原理,针对一台405 MVA/500 kV换流变压器,利用MagNet仿真软件,建立了最小分接短路工况下考虑局部不平衡安匝和调压绕组的三维对称有限元模型,并通过短路阻抗的仿真实验验证了谐波分析法和模型的准确性,计算出网侧绕组受到的轴向短路电动力.利用ANSYS软件建立“弹簧-质量-阻尼”模型进行模态分析,阐述了多载荷施加点、多自由度的变化振动系统中,线饼单元所受惯性力和弹性力的作用规律,讨论了网侧绕组上惯性力和弹性力的分布情况,以及这2种力对于轴向振动稳定性的影响.最后运用傅里叶变换对弹性力进行频谱分析,求得网侧绕组在振动过程中振动形式和能量的分布,并验证其稳定性.

Abstract:

According to the theory of electromagnetism and the fundamental mechanics theory,for a 405MVA/500kV converter transformer,apply the simulation software MagNet was applied to establisha three-dimension symmetric finite element model with local unbalanced ampere turns and tank wall.The simulation of short-circuit impedance  proved the accuracy of the harmonic analysis method.The short-circuit electromagnetic force was then calculated.Then the "Spring-Quality-damping" was established through ANSYS and realized the modal analysis,was realized.Action law of inertia force and elastic force applied on winding disks in the changing vibration system with points asserted multi-load and multi-degree-of-freedom was further discribed,and the distribution on line side windings of inertia force and elastic force,as well as effect on axial vibration stability of the two forces was also discussed.At last,spectrum analysis was corried out for elastic force with the method of Fourier Transform to obtain the  distribution of vibration form and energy on winding disks during vibration,and test the vibration stability for the converter transformer windings was tested.
