Forward Solutions of the 3-RPR Planar Parallel Mechanism by LINGO Software  Method

摘要:分析了3-RPR平面并联机构的求解模型,提出了用LINGO11.0软件求出全部解的方法:用LINGO11.0求出1个解后,将该解作为1个约束,使新解与该解不同,直至求出全部解.该法简单、实用,为实际机构的设计提供了多种选择方案,为机构学设计提供了全新的方法.

Abstract: After analyzing the solution model of 3-RPR paralled mechanism,a new method is presented,which can find all solutions to mechanism synthesis and it is based on LINGO11.0 software.A solution is found with LINGO11.0,and the solution is used as a restriction.Then,to run the program again,the other one solution is found and so on.At last,all solutions are found.The problem of the 3-RPR planar parallel mechanism is solved by this method.This provides a simple realization method for mechanics design.
