摘要：对旅游城市张家界市实施新型工业强基倍增计划的必要性、历史机遇及面临的问题进行了分析，并提出了促进工旅深度融合、加强工业配套设施建设、培育新型工业体系和完善工业发展的政策设计等建议.

Abstract: The necessity,problems and historical opportunities of strengthening industrialization in Zhangjiajie City are analyzed,and suggestions are made to promote the deep integration of industry and tourism,strengthen the construction supporting industrial facilities,cultivate a new industrial system,and improve the policy making for industrial development.
