不同方法提取栝楼籽油成分分析及其油质评价

Composition Analysis and Quality Evaluation of Seed oil Extracted from Trichosanthes Kirilowii by Different Methods

摘要:

采用索氏提取法、超声辅助提取法、压榨法和CO2超临界流体萃取法提取栝楼籽油,对不同方法提取的火麻籽油进行提取率、成分的比较分析,并对其品质进行评价.分析结果表明:超声辅助提取法和CO2超临界流体萃取法提油率较高;超声辅助提取法、压榨法和CO2超临界流体萃取法压提取油能较好地保留栝楼籽油的品质;栝楼籽油具有开发保健食品和药品的潜质.

Abstract:

The extraction rate,composition and quality of Trichosanthes kirilowii seed oil extracted by Soxhlet extraction method,ultrasound-assisted extraction method,pressing method and CO2  supercritical fluid extraction method were comparatively analyzed.The results showed that the extraction rates by ultrasound-assisted extraction and CO2 supercritical fluid extraction were higher.The quality of Trichosanthes kirilowii seed oil was retained preferably by ultrasound-assisted extraction,pressing method and CO2 supercritical fluid extraction.Trichosanthes kirilowii seed oil has great potential as functional food and medicine.
