Electrical Conduction of Zn2+-Doped TiP2O7 Based Composite Ceramic

摘要:以氧化锌、二氧化钛和浓磷酸为基本原料,用传统的固相合成法合成了新型的固体电解质材料Zn2+掺杂的TiP2O7-TiO2复合陶瓷(摩尔分数5% Zn2+),对合成的复合陶瓷进行红外光谱、激光粒度仪器测定,并且测定了电导率随实验条件的变化规律.红外结果表明,在样品的结构式中存在钛氧键、磷氧键等,激光粒度测试表面在一定范围内粒径分布集中.电导率测试结果表明,在100~300 ℃内,电导率随着温度的升高而增大,300 ℃时达到最大值4.3×10-3 S·cm-1.

Abstract: Firstly,Zn2+-doped TiP2O7-TiO2 composite ceramic (5 mol% Zn2+) was prepared using zinc oxide,titanium oxide and phosphoric acid as raw materials by the traditional solid state reaction.The product was characterized by using infrared spectrometer,laser particle size analyzer.For the electrochemical determinations,the conductivity was measured by an AC impedance method.IR result showed that the structure of the composite ceramic has  Ti—O,P=O bonds.From the particle size distribution it can be seen that sample of particle distribution is in a certain range of concentration.The plot of the total conductivities of the sample in dry air atmosphere at 100~300 ℃ showed that the conductivity increases with temperature,and its maximum value is 4.3× 10-3 S·cm-1 at 300 ℃.
