双层六方声子晶体的谷现象及角态实现

Valley Phenomena and Corner State Realization in Bilayer Hexagonal Phononic Crystals

摘要:基于谷拓扑绝缘体具有谷选择性激发、抑制声波反向散射等优点,设计了一种镜面对称的双层六方声子晶体.通过调控晶体中散射体的散射角度,打破了晶体的空间对称性,进而导致谷的出现.不同散射体散射角度下的晶体具有不同的谷拓扑相,基于不同谷拓扑相实现了路径的选择输运.利用具有2种谷拓扑相的双层六方声子晶体构建三角形超胞,实现了2组三角形角态.

Abstract: Benefiting from valley-selective excitation and suppressed acoustic backscattering in valley topological insulators,we designed a mirror-symmetric bilayer hexagonal phononic crystal.Breaking spatial symmetry by adjusting the scatterers' orientation induces valley states.Numerical simulations show different valley topological phases emerge under varying scatterer angles,enabling selective path transport.Furthermore,constructing a triangular supercell with two valley topological phases in the bilayer hexagonal phononic crystal yields two sets of triangular corner states.
