Abstract: Based on the barrel theory,this article discusses the content system study on police combat training from a macro perspective,and puts forward a barrel system made of  police physical fitness for the bottom of the barrel,skills and tactics of the police for a “plank” barrels,varieties of psychological training for the adhesive,management system software of training system,plan,organization setting for the “barrel hoop”.And then the author analyzes  the enlightenment of the barrel theory for police combat training,explores the development path,aiming at opening the door for the study on police combat training and providing some new thought.
