摘要：以湖南省农村信用社联合社衡阳办事处办公楼沉降观测测量为例，对建筑物沉降观测点的布设、沉降观测的实施、沉降观测的方法、观测周期的安排等方面的问题进行分析与研究，并给出解决问题的方法和建设性意见.

Abstract: Taking the settlement observation of hunan rural credit cooperatives union hengyang office building for example, analysis and research given to different points such as:settlement observation point location, practice of settlement observation, methods and cycle arrangement for settlement observation etc.Also supply solutions and constructive comments.
