摘要/Abstract

摘要：针对西部特点就西部区域式公共图书馆基金会的建设、管理以及保障体系等方面进行了探讨，以期建立符合本地实际的图书馆基金会.

Abstract: To establish the library foundation according to the local conditions,this paper discusses the construction,management,security system and other aspects of the western-style regional public library foundation based on the characteristics of the western region.
