摘要:分析了当前中国硕士研究生教育现状与发展趋势,指出了工程硕士专业学位制度设计的初衷和努力解决全日制工程硕士培养问题是当前工科院校研究生教育改革的重点,详细探讨了“以职业能力培养为主线,与工程能力素质养成、职业资格认证暨就业对接”的工程硕士研究生课程体系建设的模式与途径.

Abstract: The current situation and developing trend of graduate education in China are analysed.In engineering colleges,the reform of graduate education is focused on the cultivation of full-time engineering master and the design of academic degree system for engineering graduate students.Accordingly,the mode and methods to construct engineering graduate curriculum system are proposed which stick to the principle of cultivating professional ability and combining engineering quality development with professional certification.
