摘要/Abstract

摘要：为调整产业结构和布局、整合资源、发挥丘陵地区区位优势，利用总体规划开展基础控制网即D级GPS网、三等水准网建设.该项工作的实施可以完善我国丘陵地区的基础控制网建设，对促进丘陵地区的测绘事业具有重要的意义.介绍三等水准网建立的技术路线、布网方案、外业施测、数据处理、结果精度统计及使用说明.

Abstract: To readjust the industrial structure and layout,resources must be integrated and the regional advantages of hilly areas must be exploited.The basic control nets,i.e. the D grade GPS net and the national third grade level net,can be developed according to the overall planning.That project can improve the construction of the basic control network in the hilly areas of China,which is significant to the hilly area surveying and mapping.The related technology outline,setting program,surveying method in field,data processing,and accuracy analysis are introduced.
