摘要/Abstract

摘要：金融危机后驱动国际服务外包发展的因素强势存在，从而引发服务外包业新一轮的调整和发展.我国丰富的低成本人力资源，发达的制造业，良好的政策环境，将引领服务外包业步入快速成长期，价值链将由低端向高端发展.

Abstract: The strong factors which drive the international service outsourcing development after financial crisis have triggered the readjustment and development in the business of service outsourcing.In China,the abundant low-cost human resource,well-developed manufacture,and the favorable policy environment will result in rapid development of service outsourcing business and the transformation of value chain from the low-end to the high-end.
