制膜条件对聚偏氟乙烯/酚酞型聚醚砜共混膜性质的影响

Effect of Preparing Conditions on the Properties of PVDF / PES-C Blend Membrane

摘要:采用酚酞型聚醚砜(PES-C)为共混材料,以二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)为溶剂,加入有机添加剂(PVP K30和PVP K90)和无机添加剂(无水LiCl)制备了聚偏氟乙烯/酚酞型聚醚砜共混平板膜.改变预蒸发时间和制膜液温度,考察了共混膜的收缩率和水通量.结果表明:在PVP质量分数为5%时,共混膜的收缩率最低,水通量达到最大值;共混膜的水通量随着预蒸发时间、凝固浴温度、压力的变化而发生变化.

Abstract: Flat sheet PVDF/PES-C blend membrane is prepared by using phenolphthalein polyether sulfone (PES-C) as blending material,N,N-dimethyl acetamide (DMAc) as solvent,PVP K30,PVP K90 or LiCl as additives.Under the condition of different pre-evaporation time and coagulation temperature,the membrane is characterized by shrinkage ratio and pure water flux.The shrinkage ratio has a minimum and the water flux has a maximum when the content of PVP reaches 5%.The water flux changes along with the variety of pre-evaporation time,the coagulation temperature and the operating pressure.
