喜树生长过程中叶内喜树碱及10-羟基喜树碱的含量变化

摘要:建立了同时测定喜树叶片中喜树碱含量的高效液相色谱分析方法.对不同生长季节喜树嫩叶和成熟叶中喜树碱及10-羟基喜树碱含量的动态变化进行测定,结果表明:在一年的生长期内,喜树嫩叶中喜树碱的含量变化为一双峰曲线,分别在7月和9月达到峰值,其中7月的含量最高;成熟叶中喜树碱的含量持续下降;在生长过程中,喜树叶片中喜树碱和10-羟基喜树碱的含量变化呈现出明显的相关性.

Abstract: An HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of CPT and HCPT in Camptotheca acuminata Decne.leaves was established.Using this assay,CPT and HCPT in leaves of Camptotheca acuminata Decne. in different seasons were determined.The results showed that,in a year,the content of CPT presented two peaks curve in tender leaves of C. acuminata,which appeared in July and September respectively and reached the highest point in July,while it declined persistently in older leaves;The accumulation of CPT and HCPT presented evident relativity in the different growth stages.
