烟叶配打中的因子分析与聚类分析

Factor Analysis and Cluster Analysis on Blending and Threshing Techniques for Tobacco

摘要:以烟叶的常规化学成分为指标,研究因子分析与聚类分析在烟叶配打中的运用.通过因子分析发现影响烟叶品质最显著的3个因子分别是:总氮,烟碱,糖碱比;通过聚类分析,发现湘西龙山CX2K、X34和X3F烟叶,湘西龙山B4F和C4烟叶,湘西龙山X4F,四川攀枝花B2F,C3F和B2L烟叶,湘西龙山CX1K、B1K和C1L烟叶,湘西龙山B2K、X2F、B23和B2L烟叶可以分别聚类到不同的类中,每类烟叶性质相似.

Abstract: Application of factor analysis and cluster analysis on blending and threshing techniques for tobacco was performed by using conventional chemical composition  as indicator.Factor analysis showed that three factors affecting the tobacco quality signifcantly were nitrogen,nicotine and total sugar/nicotine ratio.It can be concluded by cluster analysis that there are mainly five different types of tobacco,i.e. Xiangxi Longshan C3F,C2F,B1F,C1F tobacco and Sichuan Pangzhihua B3F tobacco;Xiangxi Longshan CX2K,X34 and X3F toabcco;Xiangxi Longshan B4F,C4,X4F toabcco and Sichuan Pangzhihua B2F,C3F and B2L tobacco;Xiangxi Longshan CX1K,B1K,C1L tobacco;Xiangxi Longshan B2K,X2F,B23 and B2L tobacco.Similar quality for each type of tobacco indicated that these tobaccos can be blended for the following threshing procedure.
