摘要/Abstract

摘要：分析了齿轮整个线外啮合过程，从确定线外啮合起点在啮合线上的等效点位置、线外啮合点到齿轮中心的半径、线外啮合点处两齿轮的载荷角等3个方面入手，解决了齿轮线外啮合冲击速度的计算中需要解决的问题.

关键词： 齿轮, 等效点位置, 半径, 载荷角

Abstract: The process of gear entire corner contact is analysed.Ascertaining the equivalent point position of the starting point of corner contact on the meshing line,the radius from corner contact to gear center and computation of both of the gears’ load angle of the corner contact point,the authors solve the calculating method of corner contact impact rate.
