摘要:工业生产在一定的温度条件下才会按照预定的方向进行,所以温度控制是保证生产过程正常的必需条件.介绍了一种基于铂电阻Pt100的高精度温度测控系统设计方案,系统以Pt100铂电阻作为测温传感器,采用中值平均滤波消除采样值偏差,用逐次逼近法来消除温控系统的非线性,PID算法通过PWM控制执行机构,从而保证了在-200~601 ℃范围内0.1 ℃的测量分辨率,±0.5 ℃的控制精度.

Abstract: Industrial production at  certain temperature conditions will proceed in accordance with the predetermined direction,so temperature control is to ensure normal production process.The author introduces a high-precision temperature measurement and control system based on Pt100 platinum Resistance.Pt100 platinum resistance is used as temperature sensor in the system,median value average filtering is used to eliminate the sampling value of the deviation,successive approximation method to eliminate the non-linear of temperature control system,and PID algorithm to control executing agency through the implementation of PWM.Thus,in -200 ~ 601  ℃,0.1  measurement resolution and ± 0.5 ℃ control precision are ensured.
