绿原酸印迹聚合物微球沉淀聚合法制备及其性能

Preparation and Behavior Test of Chlorogenic Acid Imprinted Polymer Microspheres by Precipitation Polymerization Techniquea

摘要:以绿原酸为模板,丙烯酰胺为功能单体,乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(EGDMA)为交联剂,采用沉淀聚合法制备了绿原酸分子印迹聚合微球,讨论了溶剂、功能单体、引发剂(AIBN)及交联剂用量等因素对聚合物吸附性能的影响.结果表明:以50 mL乙腈为致孔剂,0.25 mmol模板分子,1 mmol MAA为功能单体,10 mmol EGDMA为交联剂,12.23 mg AIBN为引发剂所制备的分子印迹聚合物具有较好的吸附性能.Scatchard分析表明在分子印迹聚合物中存在2类不同性能的吸附位点.

Abstract: Chlorogenic acid imprinted polymer (MIP) micropheres were prepared by precipitation polymerization method using chlorogenic acid as template,acrylamide as functional monomer,ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) as cross-linker and AIBN as initiator,respectively.The influence of the amounts of solvent,functional monomer,initiator and cross-linker on the polymer behavior in the rebinding of the template was discussed.The molecularly imprinted polymer prepared under the conditions of 50 mL of porogen,0.25 mmol template compound,1 mmol MAA,10 mmol EGDMA and 12.23 mg initiator,is of the highest binding capacity to the template molecule.
