 Investigation of Polarization Filter Properties of One-Dimensional Dual Photonic Crystal Nanometer Film in Visible Region

摘要:用一维时域有限差分方法(1-D FDTD)分析一维二元光子晶体的偏振滤波特性,数值模拟各种因素下一维二元光子晶体的滤波特性.数值结果表明:掺杂层在中间位置时偏振分离度好;掺杂层的厚度与周期层厚度相差越大分离效果越好;2组元折射率相差越大越易形成带隙;入射角越大禁带越窄偏振的分离度越好.

Abstract: This paper applies one-dimensional finite difference time domain method(1D FDTD )to investigate the polarization filter properties of one-dimensional photonic crysta.The calculated results obviously show that polarization of separating is good when the doped layer is in the neutral position;the greater the difference between the doped layer thickness and the periodic layer thickness is,the better the separating effect will be;the greater the difference between the refractive indexes,the more easily the bandgap will be formed;the greater the incidence angle is and the narrower the bandgap is,the better the separating will be.
