猕猴桃籽油对大鼠睾丸的抗衰老影响

摘要/Abstract

摘要：通过观察猕猴桃籽油对D－半乳糖造模衰老大鼠睾丸超微结构的影响，探讨猕猴桃籽油延缓性腺功能减退的作用机理.将18只SD大鼠随机分为3组，正常组每鼠灌服生理盐水和背部皮下注150 mg.kg^-1.d^-1生理盐水，模型组每鼠灌服生理盐水和背部皮下注射150　mg.kg^-1.d^-1　25%　D-半乳糖溶液，猕猴桃籽油干预组每鼠灌服猕猴桃籽油0.670　g.kg^-1.d^-1和背部皮下注射150　mg.kg^-1.d^-1 25%　D-半乳糖溶液.每组实验时间均为8周，8周后透射电镜下观察各组大鼠睾丸超微结构的变化.结果显示，与模型组比较，猕猴桃籽油可以显著改善间质细胞、支持细胞、精原细胞的退行性改变.说明猕猴桃籽油可改善衰老大鼠睾丸间质细胞、支持细胞、精原细胞的退行性改变，具有一定延缓性腺衰老的功能.

Abstract: Object:TO investigate the action mechanism which defer the function of sexual gland decreasing of Kiwi fruit seed oil by observing the influence of Kiwi fruit seed oil on the ultrastructure of testis of D-gal aging rats.Methods:Eighteen SD rat were randomly divided into three groups.Control group:0.9% salt were filled into stomach and injected into in the subcutaneous tissue on the back.Model group:0.9% salt were filled into stomach and 150　mg.kg^-1.d^-1 D-gal were injected into subcutaneous tissue on the back.Group interfered by the Kiwi fruit seed oil:0.670 g.kg^-1.d^-1　Kiwi fruit seed oil were filled into stomach and 150　mg.kg^-1.d^-1 25% D-gal were injected into subcutaneous tissue on the back.The time for each group was eight weeks.The ultrastructure changes of testis were observed under transmission electron microscope eight weeks later.Results: By comparing with the model group,we found that the Kiwi fruit seed oil could have improved markedly retrograde change of interstitial cell,supporting cell and spernatogenous cell.Conclusions:The Kiwi fruit seed oil has the function of defering aging of sexual gland by improving retrograde change of interstitial cell,supporting cell and spernatogenous cell of aging rats.
