锰阳极泥焙烧酸浸氧化法制备化学二氧化锰

Manganese Anode Slime Recycled to Produce Chemical Manganese Dioxide with Calcination-Sour Soak-Oxidation

摘要:对电解锰阳极泥的化学成分进行了分析,提出了焙烧-酸浸-氧化法处理电解锰阳极泥回收制备化学二氧化锰方法,并对反应过程相关的影响因素进行了研究.优化组合实验表明,制备得到的是以γ-MnO2为主的二氧化锰,转化率为理论值的84.6%,视比重为1.54 g/cm3.如将其进一步处理,可以作为电池级的化学二氧化锰应用.

Abstract: The manganese anode slime was analyzed,and than a method of caclination-sour soak-oxidation was put forward in which the slime was produced into chemical manganese dioxide.At the time the related influencing factors were studied.By the optimum test,the crude MnO2 was obtained,the tapping density is 1.54 g/cm3,the rate of yield is 84.6%,and its crystal structure is mostly γ-type.If it is densitied,the end product can be used in battery.
