摘要/Abstract

摘要：国内外对高校教师收入分配问题的研究主要包括高校教师收入分配的影响因素、理论依据、分配模型、特性和比较研究几个方面.由于近几年改革，我国还有对岗位津贴制度的专门研究.既有研究已形成了一定的基础，但也有不足，为以后的研究留下了空间.

关键词： 高校教师, 收入分配, 综述

Abstract: The research at home and abroad of the university teachers' income distribution covers the affecting factors,theoretical basis,distrubuting model,features and comparison.As a result of the reform in recent years,there exists the study on the position subsidies.The existent research has laid down a good foundation,but there is insufficiency for further exploration.
