摘要/Abstract

摘要：从介绍科技档案的特点入手，分析了科技档案信息资源开发的形式、意义和措施，指出要处理好开发与保密的关系.

Abstract: Starting with introducing the characteristics of the technological files,the authors analyse the modality,significance and measures to exploit the information resource of technological files,and point out the relationship between exploitation and secrecy should be dealt with commendably.
