摘要:用氧传感器研究了葡萄糖、油酸、硬脂酸、月桂酸、十一烯酸、亚油酸、吐温-80、吐温-60和聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯(POES)对结核杆菌生长的影响.实验结果表明牛血清白蛋白-油酸混合物和葡萄糖对结核杆菌生长有明显的促进作用,且分别在体积分数5%和1%时效果最好.

Abstract: The function of some substances on M.tuberculosis,such as glucose,oleic acid,stearic acid,undecylenic acid,linoleic acid,Tween-80,Tween-60 and Polyoxythylene stearate (POES),were investigated by using oxygen biosensor.The results indicated that the mixture of bovine serum albumin (BSA)-oleic acid and glucose could rapidly stimulate the growth of M.tuberculosis,and the optimum was 5% and 1% respectively.
