摘要/Abstract

摘要：应用带锁髓内钉治疗股骨复杂骨折26例，患者平均随访11.4个月（最短1个月，最长26个月）.疗效显示：平均愈合时间为新鲜骨折16周、陈旧性骨折23周，功能评价优秀率达88.5%.说明带锁髓内钉用于治疗股骨复杂骨折，尤其适用于严重粉碎性骨折、多段骨折、内固定失败的陈旧性骨折.

Abstract: To analyze and evaluate the efficacy of interlocking intranmedullary in the treatment of 26 patients of the complex femoral fractures.Patients were followed-up for an average of 11.4 months (ranged 1 to 26 months).The time for fracture union averaged 16 weeks in fresh fracture and 23 weeks in old.The excellent and good results rated 88.5%.It shows that interlocking intranmedullary nail can treat in many kinds of femoral fractures,such as the complex comminuted,fragmental fractures and old fractures after fixator failure.
