溶胶- 凝胶前体法制备纳米ZnO

The Preparation of Nanometer Zinc Oxide by Sol-Gel Precursor Method

摘要:分别采用硬脂酸、柠檬酸及草酸盐Sol-Gel 法合成了干凝胶前体粉末,并以其热分析结果为依据,在指定温度下热处理2 h得ZnO粉体. 经XRD和SEM分析表明,三种方法均可制得具有六方晶系结构的纳米ZnO, 其中第一种方法所得粉体的结晶度好,团聚较轻, 粒子大小均匀,外貌呈球形.

Abstract: The powders of gel precursors were prepared by using the stearic acid, the citric acid and oxalate gel methods, respectively.And nanometer ZnO was obtained through calcination at the appointing temperature base on the data of thermal analysis of the gel precursors.The XRD and SEM showed that the three methods could be used to synthesise hexagonal ZnO nanometer powder, compare with other methods, ZnO nanometer powder prepared by the first method has higher crystal linity, better dispersity with sphere-shaped.
