氧化亚锡催化合成乙酸呋喃甲酯的研究

Synthes is of Furfurl Acetate By Stannous Oxide Catalyst

摘要:研究了碱浓度对糠醛歧化反应中醇收率的影响,得出了最佳碱浓度,并将收率由65%提高到75.9%.采用固体催化剂氧化亚锡催化合成乙酸呋喃甲酯,分析了催化剂用量、反应温度、醇酸比对酯收率的影响,得出最佳反应条件,酯收率为80.9%.

Abstract: This paper studied the influence of alcohol yield caused by alkoli consistence in furfural cannizzaro reaction, final lygot the most accurate alkalicons is tence as 33% and increased the alcohol yield from 65.5% to 75.9%. By using solid catalysts tannous oxidees terification we synthesized furfurl acetate and studied the influence of ester yield caused by alcohol/acid mole ratio, the quanti ty of catalyst.Finally we got the best reaction condition in which ester yield was 80.9%.
