摘要/Abstract

摘要：利用决策树算法对银行的信用卡客户进行分类，构建了客户分类模型，给出了分类步骤中信用卡的客户类型特征，为银行的信用卡推广业务提供相应策略.

关键词： 数据挖掘, 决策树, 剪枝, 客户分类

Abstract: Decision tree is applied to classify the credit card customers of bank,and thus a classifying model is constructed.The features of different types of customers are discovered accordingly,which provides a best strategy for promoting the bank's credit card business.
