少花桂小孢子发生和雄配子体的发育过程

Microsporogenesis and Development of Male Gametophyte in Cinnamomum Paueiflorurn Nees

摘要:

利用传统石蜡切片技术对少花桂(Cinnamomum paueiflorurn)小孢子发生和雄配子体发育过程进行了研究,结果表明,花药含4个小孢子囊,药壁发育为基本型,绒毡层属单型起源,细胞多具双核,于减数分裂时发生解体并流入花药腔内,至雄配子体早期,绒毡层细胞被发育的花粉吸收殆尽,属变形绒毡层.发育过程中药层内壁在内径向、切向壁上均发生U型或V型加厚,表皮细胞减缩退化,花粉母细胞经连续的胞质分裂后多形成左右对称形四分体,成熟花粉粒多为2-细胞花粉粒.

Abstract:

The Microsporo genesis and the development of Male Gametophyte in Cinnamomum paueiflorurn were studied through the traditional paraffin section methods.The results show that the anther is tetrasporangiate and its mature wall belong to the basic type;the amoeboid tapetum is monotypic with binuclear cells,which flow into the anther sac during the meiosis of microporocyte;the cells are absorbed by the developing pollen at the early of male gametophyte;the endothecium develops U-and V-shaped thickenings on the inner tangential and radial walls;the epidermis degenerates;cytokinesis is of successive type and the isobilateral microspore tetrads are formed;pollen grains are mainly 2-celled.
