间苯二酚改性单宁基酚醛树脂对咖啡因的吸附

摘要:

以马占相思单宁为原料,间苯二酚为改性试剂,制备间苯二酚改性的单宁基酚醛树脂,考察改性单宁基酚醛树脂对咖啡因的吸附特性.单宁基酚醛树脂经过间苯二酚改性,能有效改善其对咖啡因的吸附性能.改性单宁基酚醛树脂对咖啡因的吸附量随着温度的升高而下降,吸附过程为放热反应.改性单宁基酚醛树脂对咖啡因的等温吸附过程符合Freundlich等温吸附方程,吸附动力学过程符合准二级吸附动力学模型.

Abstract:

Tannin-based phenolic resin modified by resorcinol was prepared from Acacia mangium tannin.The adsorption property of resin for caffeine was investigated.The results showed that the adsorption performance of tannin-based phenolic resin was improved by the modification with resorcinol.The adsorption capacity decreased with the increase of the temperature,and the adsorption process was exothermic.The isothermal adsorption of phenolic resin for caffeine was in agreement with the Freundlich isotherm equation.Pseudo-second-order kinetic model can be used to interpret the adsorption kinetics.
