慕课背景下高校教学改革的挑战及应对

摘要:

慕课对高校教学改革带来诸多挑战,冲击高校以教为主的教学理念,对教师能力提出更高的要求,迫使教学评价面临困境.慕课背景下高校教学改革需要采取相应策略,如建立传统高校教育与慕课教育耦合机制、夯实教师的教育教学能力、提高慕课教学的手段及其方法、建立基于慕课平台的教学评价体系、强化校园教学文化建设等加以应对.

关键词: 慕课, 高校教学, 教学改革

Abstract:

MOOC has brought many challenges to the university teaching reform,impacting the teaching-dominant teaching concept and putting forward higher requirements for college and university teachers.Under the background of MOOC,it is necessary to adopt corresponding strategies for the teaching reform of Chinese universities,such as establishment of the mechanism of combining traditional higher education and MOOC education,improvement of teachers′teaching ability and teaching methods,establishment of evaluation system based on MOOC platform,and construction of campus culture for teaching.
