玉米AQP基因家族的生物信息学分析

摘要:为了明确水通道蛋白(AQP)基因家族在玉米生长发育过程中的生物学功能,利用生物信息学的方法,对玉米AQP基因家族成员进行鉴定与分析.结果表明,玉米AQP基因家族成员有28个;成员的AQP序列包含211~302个氨基酸,成员稳定性较高;AQP基因家族主要包含PIP,NIP,TIP,SIP 4个亚族,4个亚族分别含有8,7,10,3个基因;各亚族蛋白质空间结构类似且十分保守.

Abstract: To elucidate the biological functions of the aquaporin (AQP) gene family in the growth and development of Zea mays,bioinformatics methods were used to identify and analyze the members of AQP gene family in Zea mays.The results showed that there were 28 members in the maize AQP gene family;the AQP sequences of the members contained 211 to 302 amino acids and exhibit high stability;the AQP gene family in maize is primarily divided into four subfamilies:PIP,NIP,TIP,and SIP,containing 8,7,10,and 3 genes,respectively;the spatial structures of proteins in each subgroup are similar and highly conserved.
