高校体育教师教学技能的测评标准与评价方法

摘要:

提升体育教师的教学技能是进行评价的根本目的,在评价中要遵循不同运动项目差异性、不同教学对象差异性及教师年龄差异性的基本原则,围绕体育教师教学基本技术、运动技术能力及大学体育公共课教学技能,建立校内专家现场教学评估、校外专家网络评价、学生反馈及同运动项群教师互评相结合的评价方法.

Abstract:

The improvement of PE teachers' teaching skills is the fundamental purpose of evaluation.Therefore,the basic evaluation principles must take into account the differences in the sports items,the  target students,and the ages of teachers,and the evaluation criteria should focus on the teaching of basic skills,sports skills and teaching skills of PE teachers.From a scientific and rational perspective,the main methods of evaluation must be based on on-site teaching evaluation by the  school experts network,evaluation by the other experts,feedback from students and mutual assessment.
