摘要/Abstract

摘要：为使成绩管理系统更加灵活、便于使用，设计了基于Web短消息的成绩管理系统.首先确定该系统的功能为以Web的方式进行成绩录入和相关管理，以短消息的方式进行成绩发布和查询，然后分析了中国移动和中国联通的短信通信协议，设计了短信统一发送接口和统一接收接口，最后对这2个接口进行了实现.

Abstract: To make the score management systems more flexible and easier to use,a system based on web short message is designed.First,identify the functions of the system:inputting and managing score in web page,and releasing and querying score by short message.After analysing SMS communication protocols of China Mobile and China Unicom,the sending and receiving interface of message are designed.At last the two interfaces are achieved.
