浸取环境对电解锰废渣中锰浸取的影响

Conditions for Leaching Manganese from Electrolytic Manganese Waste Residue

摘要:在电解锰废渣中掺入锰矿粉,以提高锰废渣品位,探讨锰废渣中锰的硫酸法浸取回收效果.用单因素实验考察了矿渣比、液固比、浸取pH值、浸取温度和浸取时间等因素对锰浸取率的影响.实验结果表明,最佳浸取条件为:矿渣质量比3∶1、液固比3∶1(g/mL)、浸取液pH值2.0、浸取温度60 ℃和浸取时间3 h.最佳浸取条件下,锰浸取率达42.38%,与不加锰矿粉的浸取方法比较,锰浸取率提高了1.01倍.

Abstract: Manganese was leached from electrolytic manganese waste residue by adulteration technique.The recovery effects of sulfuric acid leaching method was studied the influence of mineral-residue ratio,solid-liquid ratio,leaching temperature and pH value of solvent on the extraction efficiency of manganese was investigated.The results showed that extraction efficiency of manganese produced by addition of manganese mineral powder into the material was two times higher than that obtained without it.A manganese leaching efficiency of 42.38% was obtained under 3∶1 of mineral-residue ratio and 1∶3 of solid-liquid ratio at pH 2.0 and 60 ℃ for 3 h leaching time.
