低温等电点沉淀法提取头发中的L-精氨酸

Extraction of L-Arginine from Hair with Subzero Isoelectric Point Precipitation Method

摘要:用低温等电点沉淀法对头发中L-精氨酸的提取工艺条件进行了研究,考查了头发水解条件、沉淀剂的种类及用量、pH值、氯离子浓度、提取温度等因素对L-精氨酸产量的影响.实验结果表明:在pH值10、温度0 ℃,氯离子浓度为2.1 mol/L、2 mL苯甲醛作沉淀剂时,30 mL头发水解液中L-精氨酸的产量为0.139 g.

Abstract: Technological conditions on extracting  L-arginine from hair with subzero isoelectric point precipitation method were researched in this paper.The influences of hair hydrolization conditions,the preapitant type and dasage,the pH value,temperature,and the concentration of chlorine ion on the extraction rate of L-arginine were investigated.The experimental results show that the extraction rate of L-arginine can reach 0.139 g under the condition of pH10,temperature at 0 ℃,the bezaldehyde dasage of 2 mL,and the concentration of chlorine ion of 2.1 mol/L in 30 mL hair hydrolysate.
