摘要：探讨了实现基于SIP协议视频广播服务所需的关键技术，设计了流媒体服务器的协议分层模型和流媒体服务器的体系结构，根据所设计的体系结构实现了一个支持视频广播的原型系统.

Abstract: This article discusses the key technology to provide video broadcasting service based on SIP protocol.It designs the protocol hierarchical model and the system structure of streaming media server.According to the system structure,a prototypical system is realized to support the video broadcasting.
