摘要：我国民营企业发展迅速,在我国经济发展中发挥着极其重要的作用.分析了我国民营企业在技术、资本与劳动力及宏观政策支持等方面的后发优势，运用博弈论分析了目前我国民营企业存在资金、技术及人才等方面的劣势，指出了我国民营企业应该充分运用模仿创新来发挥后发优势.

Abstract: Having developed rapidly,China’s private enterprises play an extremely important role in China's economic development.Through the analysis of private enterprises in terms of technology,capital and labor and macro-policy support as the subsequent advantages,the author uses game theory to analyse the disadvantages in capital,technology and human resources aspects of China’s private enterprises.It is pointed out that China’s private enterprises should make full use of imitative innovation to exert subsequent advantages.
