摘要:通过对高校跨栏跑运动员栏间节奏有针对性训练、统计、对比表明,训练后运动成绩提高显著.在分析讨论训练结果的基础上,指出了高校跨栏跑运动员栏间节奏的主要特征,重点阐述了栏间节奏的训练方法.旨在为改进和提高跨栏跑的训练,提供理论和实践参考.

Abstract: Five for men and women who came from college hurdle athletes are trained on rhythm among hurdles. The performance are improved significangly and the average is increased by 0.35s. Based on the training analysis,major characteristics of rhythm among hurdles of college hurdle athletes is pointed out and training methods are illustrated.
