医学院校大学生考前心理焦虑原因与对策——医学生考前“拜神”热的现象分析

Causes and Countermeasures of Psychological Anxiety of Medical College Students Before Examination Analysis on the Phenomenon of "Medical Students Worshipping God Before Examination"

摘要:心理焦虑是在校大学生常表现出一种的负面情绪,在考试期间尤为严重.而医学院校大学生作为一个特殊群体,课表排得满、书本非常厚、重点知识多、考试集中等导致了医学生考前“拜神”热的情况.基于此类现象的发生,通过多重视角分析医学生考前“拜神”热现象,首先分析其出现主要的原因有学习内容太多,考试过于集中,自我要求不严,“及格万岁”心理,自我要求过高;其次探讨了医学生考前“拜神”热的利弊,有利方面在于其可以寻求精神安慰,舒缓考试压力,增强自信心,弊端在于其可能助长不良学习风气,影响学习价值导向,造成社会乱象;最终提出相应的解决对策,如弘扬“脚踏实地学习”的风气,营造关怀学生的校园氛围,制定合理的考试计划,正确缅怀先人.以期保障学生的学习心态,纠正其价值取向,维护学校秩序,端正校园内的学风学纪.

Abstract: Psychological anxiety refers to the nervous and uneasy emotional state when facing important upcoming events or dangerous situations. As a negative emotion, it often causes certain obstacles to the physical and mental health of patients. College students have less social and life experience, and often lack certain coping measures when they are faced with academic pressure and life pressure, which leads to emotional failure or error resolution methods. Medical students are more prone to such situations due to higher academic and employment pressure. In recent years, activities similar to feudal superstition have emerged before the examinations in medical colleges and universities, forming a situation where medical students worship God before examinations. We now plan to analyze the phenomenon of "Medical students worshipping gods before examinations" from multiple perspectives, and then find its causes, explore corresponding solutions, and finally formulate effective guidance plans to protect students' learning attitude, correct value orientation, maintain school order, and change school style and discipline on campus.
