摘要：
为观察椎体成形术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效，随机抽取100例2012年1月—2014年11月局部麻醉下行椎体成形术手术的患者作为研究对象，以视觉模拟评分法(VAS)为标准，评价患者疼痛程度，术前100例患者胸腰部疼痛VAS评分8~10，术后88例患者胸腰部疼痛VAS评分小于2，12名的VAS评分2~5.研究结果表明骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折行椎体成形术手术治疗，能有效缓解疼痛，临床疗效满意.

Abstract:
To analyze the clinical efficacy for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures of the spine using local anesthesia vertebroplasty,100 cases of vertebroplasty using local anesthesia were randomly selected for the study.VAS (Visual Analogue Scale) is used as the standard to evaluate the pain degree of patients.The results showed that before the surgery,100 patients’ VAS scores were 8~10;after the surgery,88 patients’ VAS scores were less than 2,12 patients’ VAS scores were 2~5.It is concluded that vertebroplasty can effectively relieve pain caused by osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures and has satisfactory clinical efficacy.
