响应面法优化花椒总多酚的吸附分离工艺

Optimization on Adsorption Separation Technology of Total Polyphenol in Zanthoxylum Bungeagumby Response Surface Methodology

摘要:以花椒籽为原料,在单因素实验基础上,用响应面法优化花椒总多酚的大孔树脂吸附分离工艺,考察了pH值、吸附温度和吸附时间对总多酚提取率的影响,建立了数学模型,并对试验结果进行了显著性检验和方差分析.结果表明,在pH值6.0,70 ℃吸附90 min后,总多酚提取率为3.867 2%,模型预测值为3.929 7%,组合实验结果比模型预测值小0.062 5%.

Abstract: With Zanthoxylum bungeagum seed as test raw material,adsorption separation technology of total polyphenol by macroporous resin was optimizated by response surface methodology on basis single-factor experiment.Influence of pH,adsorption temperature and time on extraction yield of total polyphenols was investigated.Mathematic model was established,and the significance testing and variance analysis were accomplished.Experimental results show that extraction ratio of total polyphenol was 3.862 7% at 70 ℃ adsouption in pH 6.0 for 90 min.The predicted value of experimental model was 3.929 7.Experimental results decreased by 0.062 5% in comparison with predicted content of model.
