摘要/Abstract

摘要：实施资本经营战略对于推动国有资产流动和重组,寻求公有制的有效实现形式, 实现经济体制改革的新突破有重要的现实意义.但实施资本经营必须选择资本经营战略的类型,分析实施所具备的条件, 才能解决根本问题.

关键词： 资本经营, 战略, 类型, 选择

Abstract: It has great real significance to implement capital management strategy for promoting the running and reconst ructing of state- owned preperty, seeking for effective realization form, achieving new breakthrough of economic structure reform.Nevertheless, the types of capital management strategy must be selected and the pre-conditions for implementing capital operation must be analyzed before we can solve the fundamental problems.
