摘要:目前市场上的电机保护器大多不具有自主处理能力,无法独立完成数据采集、数据处理、数据通信和输出控制等功能,必须依赖于计算机才能实现测控,一旦计算机出现故障,测控就会中断.针对这些特点,采用TI公司的MSP430F247单片机作为智能模块的主控芯片,设计了一种具有自主数据采集、数据处理、数据通信和输出控制能力的智能型电机保护器,能利用旋转编码器测量电机的转速和转向,实现电机的过流保护和三相电流不平衡的保护功能.

Abstract: In present market,most motor protectors can not realize data collecting,data processing,data communication and output control independently.It must depend on computer to realize measurement and controlling which will be interrupted once the computer malfunctions.According to these characteristics,the system selects MSP430F247 microcontroller from TI company as MCU of intelligent module and an intelligent motor protector is designed,which can realize data collecting,data processing,data communication and output control independently.It can not only measure the speed and steering of motor with rotary encoder,but also realize the overcurrent protection of motor and unbalanced protection of three-phase current.
