Thoughts on Grade Classification of Agricultural Products

Abstract

Abstract: This paper provides a brief overview of the current situation and existing problems of grade classification of agricultural products in China from the perspectives of grade classification standards,technologies,and equipment.It deeply explores the importance of grade classification of agricultural products quality and puts forward some improvement measures according to practical work in China.The improvement measures include establishing a standard system,constructing a platform,upgrading intelligent equipment,and strengthening the construction of professional talent team for quality evaluation.
